Roanoke Chowan Community Health Center (RCCHC) is the leading medical Primary Care Provider (PCP) for the Roanoke-Chowan community. Our Behavioral Health department functions on a fully integrated care model in order to provide supportive services. This team-based approach to healthcare allows for primary medical care and Behavioral Health to work together in fostering autonomy for individuals to be their best functioning self. When an individual has an appointment with their PCP, same day appointments with our Behavioral Health Clinicians are available and provided to promote whole-person care. Our mission is to improve the health of individuals in our community by providing high quality integrated Behavioral Health services.
